Billing and Insurance
We participate with most local and many national insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive. Our Business Office is available for questions at 720-284-3717.
We only accept Child Health Plan Plus if your child is under Colorado Access.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services.
Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or a deductible.
We DO NOT participate in Kaiser HMO, Elevate Plans, Denver Health or Kaiser Medicaid or CHP+, and Humana HMOX.
Payment may be made by mail, phone, or online.
