Why I am a Pediatric Provider?
I became a pediatrician because I love taking care of kids - they are fun, genuine and goofy. Turns out, I'm pretty goofy myself, so I fit right in! Honestly, I feel so lucky to be a part of my patients' and families' journeys.
Favorite cartoon?
I have to say Bluey. As a parent, it's just so good. Right now our house is also into Puffin Rock, though.
Favorite outdoor activity
I grew up ski racing and skiing has become a lifelong love - thank goodness I live in Colorado! Now I get to share skiing with my kids, which brings me so much joy.
Favorite trail in Colorado
Capitol Creek Trail in the Aspen-Snowmass wilderness. I went with my husband when we were camping outside of Aspen, and we had the very best time! Sometimes it's more about the memories you make rather than the trail itself (although, my goodness it's gorgeous).
Fun Fact
I grew up in a family of pilots! My parents are both private pilots and my brother flies for a flightseeing and glacial landing tour company in Alaska.
Favorite childhood toy
As a true millennial, I had a few favorite beanie babies. The best one was Mel, the koala. I don't think I have a Health Grades or Vitals profile from what I can tell!
